W5100 is well known as Ethernet connectivity solution in open hardware platform and W5200 is getting popular in this field. This test result is performed on Arduino Due(Atmel CortexM3-84Mhz), Maple(ST CortexM3-72Mhz) and Teensy 3.0(Freescale Cortex M4-96Mhz) and shows the performance test of peripherals, DMA, Interrupt, I2C and SPI. Ethernet performance is based on W5200 and you can see the performance depends on the SPI throughput.
